FAQ

Q: When can I begin setting up? 
A:
 Set up will begin at 7:30am the day of the event; vendors must be in place by 8:30am. If you are not present by 8:30am we will need to remove your table. You must clear and clean your space by 3:30pm

Q: What if I dont know how to start a business or have an idea for my business? 
A:
 The Homeschool Hub Resource, in collaboration with the Learning Hub Leadership Academy, invite you to join us for a special workshop designed specifically to help you prepare and plan for the event. All registered vendors are automatically registered to attend the workshop, although not a requirement.

Q: What ages will be represented? 
A:
 students 3rd-12 are welcome

Q: Who will I be selling to?
A: We will be marketing to all families in the DFW area, especially our homeschool communities and premier partners. Your audience will be looking to buy for their Christmas list and desire to support young entrepreneurs. We have combined events with our Fill-a-Bag Curriculum sale happening at the same time, to provide the greatest potential of shoppers and supporters

Q: Do you have to be homeschooled?
A: No, all 3rd-12 students are welcome to participate

Q: Can my parents help me make the items?
A
: Yes, parents can help, but students must be the primary CEO/designer 

Q: Can siblings share a table? 
A:
 yes, in fact it's highly encouraged to work together. In this case, incorporate little brother and sister even if not meeting age requirement. 

Q: Can I sell something I did not make myself? 
A: Yes, you can sell anything that supports your business, that is appropriate for our family-friendly audience. H.H. does reserve the right to refuse vendor access if not meeting this requirement before or during the event

Q: How big can my table be? Can I bring signage? 
A: 
Your vendor space will fit a 6' long table, that you must provide. You are encouraged to bring a pop up tent and decorate it however you like to help attract buyers to your booth. Keep in mind your $ bottom line, your goal is to make a profit, (keep it simple, ex: dollar store table cloth, printable signage)

Q: Can I choose my location?
A:
 your table will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. However, the first 10 to register get VIP priority placement. 

Q: What does the $40/table cover?
A: 
This vendor fee helps us cover the cost of our building, websites, marketing, and staff. It also helps us to avoid no-shows the day of the event. All proceeds go to the Homeschool Hub Resource a registered 501c3 organization to help fund furture programs like the Entrepreneur expo and the Learning Hub Leadership Academy. 

Q: What if I am unable to attend after I register for my table and pay the $40?
A:
 Vendor fee is NON REFUNDABLE, but if something changes and you let us know in advance we will work to get a replacement. In the event we are able to find a replacement, we will give you a credit toward a future event.

 Complete the google form and you will be contacted and sent an invoice once approved
